Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns only under the following conditions:
      • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
      • A valid proof of purchase or order ID is required.
    • Returns are NOT applicable in the following cases:
      • The product is not liked by the customer.
      • The customer finds the product price high after purchase.
      • Minor color, size, or design variations due to different screen resolutions.
      • Products that fall under the non-returnable category (see below).
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items, such as [list non-returnable items, e.g., opened software, personal care products], are not eligible for return.
    • Please review the product details on our website before placing your order to confirm whether the item is eligible for return. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.
  3. Return Process:

    • Log in to your account on NurEnterprise.in.
    • Navigate to the "My Orders" section and select the item you wish to return.
    • Follow the return instructions provided and submit your return request.
    • Once your return request is approved, the return pickup will be scheduled. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition for the return.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for assistance with exchanges.
  • Exchange product Will be delivered with in 4-7 days after pickup complete.

Cancellation process

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support at Contact us or call us at +91 7890182826.

  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per our return policy.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is picked up and inspected for compliance with our return policy.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days to your original method of payment. (In case of cash on delhivery you have to submit your payment recived method like UPI or Bank Details)
    • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment with in 2 banking business day.
    • If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
    • If the order is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund will be processed automatically.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
